From time to time I take on special remodeling projects. I enjoy this very much and am on the lookout for new projects to take on. If you have a project that needs to be taken care of feel free to contact me. Below are a few projects that I have taken on, at times with the help of my kids.

Livingroom remodel

This remodel needed to be done anyways, but when the roof started to leak, the remodel became a necessity. After the roof was fixed, of course.

Basement Remodel

A friend asked for help remodeling his basement. Only working evenings and weekends, it certainly took a while, but it turned out really nice. Passed all inspections!

Basement bedroom remodel

Sam really wanted to have his own room in the basement. We set aside a 15×15 sq ft space and got started. We still need to add an egress window.

Garage roof

A friend desperately needed her garage roof reshingled. It was promised long ago, but we finally got to it. Too bad it was only 32 degrees out!
